30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Under39. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

Foam inserts that have been cut, shaped, removed, or otherwise customized cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Starting a return

Contact us at ben@under39.com before sending an item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and include your order number and clear photos. When we confirm a product fault or fulfillment error, Under39 will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping cost.

Return shipping

For ordinary returns, including change-of-mind and compatibility issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for gift cards, final-sale items, personalized products, or items that have been used or modified. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive another item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

European Union cancellation right

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at ben@under39.com.
