Shipping Policy

Under39 ships orders from our fulfillment partners to customers in the United States, Europe, and other supported destinations shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery times

  • United States: 7–12 business days after dispatch
  • Europe: 8–15 business days after dispatch
  • Other supported destinations: 10–20 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier disruptions, severe weather, remote-area delivery, and peak-season demand can cause delays.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used for your order after the parcel is dispatched. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to show its first carrier update.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for paying them. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Shipping addresses

Please check your address before placing an order. If you need to correct it, contact ben@under39.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered fulfillment. Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.

Lost, damaged, or marked-delivered parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier, then contact us. We will review the shipment with the carrier and offer an appropriate resolution when loss or damage is confirmed.
